Elliott Wilson is getting that RR and L&T paper.
For his new show ‘The Truth’ on Jay-z’s ‘Life & Times’ channel, Elliott tackles the Vet issue.

I’m all for the Vets doing their thing, if it’s hot. Public Enemy are a great example of doing it right. Their track ‘Harder than you think’ was picked up for the Paralympic anthem and was more successful than all the other ‘official anthems’ for the Olympics and Paralympics put together.
It is a great piece of HipHop, and it totally matched the sentiment of the games.
20+ years in the game and Public Enemy released the single independently, and managed to attain their first top 5 position in the UK charts.

For me its simple, if it’s a hot record, I’ll support it. If it isn’t, it doesn’t exist on my hard drive. Sorry LL, Joe, Eve.
