The first UK rapper to win the Best Male category, not some BS ‘Best Urban’ category, or ‘Best Hip-Hop’. He won ‘Best Male’! He’s smacked it.

Don’t get me wrong, the Brit Award doesn’t validate him as an artist or anything like that, its the fact that he didn’t play by their rules and they (the music industry) were forced to recognise his achievements.

Thats the big deal about him winning this award.
