I was only really familiar with Elite’s work as a producer from J.Cole’s The Warm Up but after seeing the trailer for his mixtape its clear he’s got quite a catalogue. The Groundwork Mixtape is expected to drop today or tomorrow.

Talking on the tape Elite says  ‘It will feature previously unreleased instrumentals to a lot of bangers that you may or may not have known I was responsible for. Plus 4 unreleased bonus tracks including “Playground” by J. Cole, “Silver Shadow” by DMX, “Holy Omen” by Omen feat. Elite and the ORIGINAL version of “Shootouts” by Jadakiss feat. Styles P!’
