Is that the official cover? He is not serious! I wouldn’t even call that a photoshop job out of respect for Adobe. Lacks any sort of imagination. Looks more like a GCSE project.
We all know that “baby” or “birdman”, whatever he decides to call himself these days, does not own a Bugatti Veyron.
Look at the alloy he’s standing next to. There’s no reflection of the silly rag hangin’ out of his back pocket.
I think this cover gives people an idea of what album might be like….trash.
In my opinion, he’s only had one decent hit which was back in 2002, and even then he got “merked” on his own track by The Clipse.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Birdman is delibertley corny with his material- from his album cover, through to his lyrics.
From what I’ve seen and read about him, he doesn’t hide the fact that money makes his world go round.
And on a side note, I actually believe he could afford a £1million pound Bugatti….Apparentley Cash Money get 50% of their distribution…now remind me how many copies of Lil Wayne’s last album did…And let’s not forget that he gave Lil Wayne a suitcase with a $1m inside.
Dont get me wrong, I’m not their biggest fans, but let’s not judge a book by it’s cover now…
I’m deriving my opinion from years of trying to listen to anything to come from Birdman and like it. Sadly I have been disappointed everytime!
I’ve spotted a trend. Whenever a Birdman track, or a track featuring Birdman is released onto the web, majority of bloggers apologise to their readers for making them listen to his verse. What does this say?
Majority of Lil Wayne’s material is magic, but Birdman? He doesn’t add value in any shape or form.
You could say he’s a bit like Diddy. Profiting from a very very talented artist, but the only difference is….Diddy makes a decent song every once in a while and majority of the time is good media.
