The fourth year of the BBC Electric Proms takes place in October at Camden’s Roundhouse but this year there is a slight twist. The Prom’s are over four nights with each night being hosted by a different BBC radio station. The stations hosting are 1xtra, Radio 1, Radio 2 & 6 Music.

This morning it was announced that Dizzee will be fronting the 1xtra night on October 21st where he will be joined by the Young Punx & Heritage Orchestra. It’s all set to be a heavy show, expect to see Dizzee performing new material from his up coming album Tongue ‘N’ Cheek [released Sept 21st] as well as his older hits with all new arrangements supported by the Heritage Orchestra.
